FOR COMMERCIAL SERVICE CONTRACTORS · NATIONWIDE · STARTING WITH COMMERCIAL CLEANING

Find commercial service work.
Skip the hunting.

CueVerity is bid and lead intelligence for commercial service contractors across the US. We’re starting with commercial cleaning, and more trades are coming. We find work two ways: a weekly digest of public bids filtered to your service area and trade, and researched facility leads—new offices, openings, warehouses, expansions, and relocations—with a route to the person who decides.

Weekly Bids + Leads: $99/month after a free 2-week trial. No card required to start. Billed monthly through Stripe; renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime.

TWO WAYS WE FIND WORK

Public bids every week.
Researched leads every week, too.

Bids are formal requests from public agencies. Leads are businesses whose facility changes may create a need for your services. We keep the two clearly separate.

01 · PUBLIC BIDS

Weekly public bids

We check public bid sources across the US, keep the solicitations that match your trade—starting with janitorial and custodial work, plus related services like floor care, windows, post-construction cleanup and snow removal—and send the ones in your service area in one weekly email.

  • Due dates and walkthrough or pre-bid dates
  • A link to the agency’s own posting
  • A short summary we write of the scope and anything worth checking
  • Only bids in your service area and trade

02 · FACILITY LEADS

Researched buying signals

We look for facilities that may soon need commercial services: new offices, openings, warehouses, expansions, and relocations—not just job postings.

  • The signal and the dated source behind it
  • Why it may fit the work you do
  • A decision-maker route: the person or role to approach, and how
  • Labeled “Lead—not a bid,” because nothing has been put out to bid

PUBLIC BID

Example: K-12 custodial services RFP

Our summary: nightly custodial cleaning across a school district’s buildings, with a separate summer deep-clean scope—worth confirming square footage and staffing requirements before you price labor.

In a real entry, this links to the agency’s own posting.
DUEThe proposal deadline, time zone, and submission method the agency states.
QUESTIONSThe deadline for written questions and where to send them.
WALKTHROUGHDate and location of any pre-bid walkthrough, and whether it’s mandatory.
CHECKSummer deep-cleaning in addition to the nightly schedule.

This is an illustrative example, not a real solicitation. Real digest entries are filtered to your service area and trade. Always confirm details in the agency’s posting.

LEAD — NOT A BID

A distribution company is opening a new warehouse.

Our note: no cleaning contract has been requested. This is a reason to start a conversation, not an open solicitation.

SIGNALNew regional warehouse announced, with an expected opening date.
SOURCELink to the public announcement or filing, and the date we checked it.
FITFacility type and location match the work you told us you want.
ROUTEFacilities or operations lead, with a public way to reach them. Uncertainty is flagged.

You decide whether and how to reach out. We don’t contact anyone on your behalf.

Before you decide.

What’s the difference between a bid and a lead?

A bid is a public agency’s formal request for proposals, with a deadline and a posting you can read. A lead is a business whose facility change—a new office, opening, warehouse, expansion, or relocation—may create a need for your services. Nothing has been put out to bid, so every lead is labeled as a lead.

Couldn’t I find these bids myself?

Yes—public bids are public. The work is checking many agency sites every week, keeping only the work in your trade and area, and pulling out the dates and details that matter. CueVerity does that so your time goes to pricing and bidding.

What happens after the free trial?

The trial lasts 2 weeks and needs no card. Join during the trial and your rate is $79/month for as long as you stay subscribed; otherwise the standard rate is $99/month. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan via the payment link we send; billed monthly through Stripe, renewing until you cancel. If you don’t join, the trial simply ends.

Do you guarantee I’ll win work?

No. We find and summarize opportunities; you decide what to pursue, confirm details with the agency, and prepare your own bids. Leads are reasons to start a conversation, not promises of interest.
