Privacy Notice

How website inquiries and related information are handled.

Last updated September 16, 2026

Scope and contact

This notice covers the CueVerity marketing website and inquiries sent through its email links or contact form. Contact Josh Bennett at josh@cueverity.com with privacy questions. Separately agreed services may require additional privacy terms.

Information you provide

The contact form asks for your name, company, work email, market or service area, services and ideal customer types, and an optional message. You may also provide information in email correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, health information, or other sensitive personal information.

How the form works

The contact form submits the details you enter to CueVerity’s website database through its hosting provider. A success message appears after the request is recorded. The form does not require an email application and does not store the inquiry in browser storage. You may also contact us using the email link.

Why information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond, assess service fit, prepare a first free lead or discuss paid pilots, and manage the resulting business correspondence. Sending a free-lead request does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Hosting, email, and technical information

The site is hosted using OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare-backed storage for submitted requests, and CueVerity receives direct emails through Google Gmail. The form itself records a request; it does not send an email notification. The page also loads fonts from Google Fonts. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Hosting and access systems may process IP addresses, device and browser information, request logs, and authentication information. Your chosen email provider also processes messages you send. See OpenAI’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for their practices.

Cookies and analytics

CueVerity’s current website code does not add advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or cookies. Hosting and sign-in services may use cookies or similar technologies for their own operation. Browser controls can manage cookies; restricting them may affect sign-in or access. This notice is not a claim that the hosting platform collects no technical data.

Disclosure and sale

The current website has no advertising or data-sale integration. Inquiry information is intended for handling your request and related business discussions, not sale to advertisers. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or security concerns. Separate opportunity-research services are outside the scope of this website inquiry notice.

Retention and security

Inquiry records may remain in the website database, business email, and provider backups. Retention depends on the status of the inquiry, an ongoing relationship, and applicable recordkeeping needs; this website does not automatically delete emails on a fixed schedule. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending sensitive information through the inquiry route.

Your choices and requests

You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We may need to verify your identity. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location and the law; we will respond as required. If you disagree with a response, reply to request reconsideration. You may also contact your applicable privacy regulator.

Children and updates

This is a business-facing website, not a service directed to children. If a child has sent personal information, contact us to request its removal. Changes to this notice will appear here with an updated date.
